If you haven't already seen the majestic shoot by Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel's 2012 spring/summer collection then you are missing out, but don't worry because below are a few of my favourite images from the stunning shoot.
Unless you've been living under a rock, I am sure you are all aware that Great Britain is hosting the 2012 Olympics. Every newspaper, TV programme and advert you see has gone sporting mad therefore it only makes sense that fashion would follow shortly after. We have seen the gorgeous Jessica Ennis on the front cover of Marie Claire and now Chanel are taking their classic style and adding a sporting twist. So whilst we may not have the bodies or athletic prowess of the likes of Jessica Ennis, it is now fashionable to dress as if we have! So grab your running shoes and tennis whites and embrace the new fashion, if it's anything like the Chanel clothes shown in this gorgeous sport inspired shoot then I can't wait!
Who would have ever thought it, me wishing for clothes like my old gym kit again?

I just finished reading The Whisperer, Donato Carrisi's debut book and for all of you out there like me, who love a good psychological thriller, this is the book for you! I couldn't put it down, which unfortunately meant neglecting my essay whilst I took long baths, didn't get out of bed and generally just read it whenever and wherever I could. It is multi-layered, full of twists and turns and you will never guess the ending. So grab a cup of tea (and a night light) and snuggle away from the cold weather with this fantastic book. I definitely hung up my heels this weekend just so I could finish it!
