Tonight I'm Loving...

The band Warpaint's album 'The Fool' is such a beautiful and original album. I am especially loving the songs 'Warpaint' and 'Elephants'. After seeing them on 'Later with Jools Holland' couldn't wait to take the album home and it definitely didn't disappoint. It is great to see another band with raw talent make it through all the terrible music *coughCher Lloydcough*. So go out buy the album... I wish them all the luck and hope their quirky sounds makes it through the sea of shit!

Watch it... You won't regret it!

I have just literally finished watching the film 'Cracks' and I can not recommend it enough! Such a beautifully shot but disturbing film. The styling is breathtaking and makes me wish I was born in the 40's and Eva Green (a serious girl crush of mine) is superb in it as are the rest of the very young cast. Watch it now and thank me later!

Kalkan - Turkey

I have spent the last two weeks soaking up the much missed sun in Kalkan in Turkey. I had a brilliant trip and absolutely loved the people, the place, the food and most of all the heat! Turkey has such a different atmosphere and culture to England, and I just loved how relaxed, warm and friendly everyone was there. So I took my beloved film camera with me to document the rich culture and vibrancy of Kalkan and here are some of my favourites that I feel really capture what my holiday was about.
